Megan holds a Technical Diploma in Cosmetology from Milwaukee Area Technical College, a Bachelor’s in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a Master’s in Project Management. These diverse qualifications, combined with her hands-on experience as a salon owner and educator, have enabled her to approach the beauty industry from multiple perspectives. As the first African American female Chair of the Wisconsin Cosmetology Examining Board and Program Coordinator at Milwaukee Area Technical College, Megan plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of the profession and advocating for fair representation within the industry.
